Oh man I thought toward the end of the song she said "When the world is at war, and we've been let down by God, make love to me" and that would have been an amazing line. But, alas, it was misheard. Beyonce, you really missed the boat on that opportunity. Nonetheless, this song was put on repeat for not nearly long enough with my new friend Kat as we approached PDX. I hope for many more repeats in the future. If she cleaned up these lyrics and nixed the "I've been shot by you" as some sort of vague love-metaphor and said "is" instead of "equals" then - let's just say: I don't know much about vegetables or precious metals but this song would be 500000 karat gold. -greg
